Cordele, GA KOA

Just want to say a big thank you to the staff at Cordele, GA KOA.
On a trip, our cocker spaniel got very sick Sat. night before Easter Sunday. Only Dr. I could find to see him (Emer Clinic was 80 miles north of Perry, GA where we were at the time) was in Cordele. Dr. Kendall did a wonderful job, saw us twice on Easter Sunday and followed up 2 days this week. We moved to Cordele KOA to be closer to vet and my husband fell, face forward, was taken by ambulance to hospital in Cordele. Folks here have helped me beyond what anyone could possibly expect. A great big thank you to them.

Husband out of hospital in 2 days and Bailey Boy is doing good. We will start back to FL tomorrow, rest of trip maybe for another time.

RV park has made lots of changes, for the better. We stay here a lot on our travels in GA, I-75.
  • WannavolunteerFT... thank you very much... yes, the folks in your part of the world treated us very well.... from the KOA at Cordele, Cordele Animal Hospital (thank you Dr. Kendall and staff) and the staff at the Crisp County Hospital.
Hope we can return to the area before long. Southern hospitality and care at the finest.

  • Never dealt with the Cordele KOA folks as it is only about 30 miles from home, but glad to know folks in my part of the world treated you well. It is comforting to have RV park folks go the extra mile, when you or a loved one is sick and you are away from home.
  • We have stayed there many times for a over nighters on the way home to Florida. The employees have always been helpful. Not a fancy place but adequate and all hook ups worked.
