Although not prevalent now, could be different in the near future. When electric cars become the principal means of transportation, I can envision hotels, and motels installing electric charging stations in their parking lots and perhaps these stations will be able to charge electric Rvโs which will be coming soon.

I remember one along 301 down thru VA between Fredericksburg and Richmond but not sure if it's still there. Motel style with a CG behind it.

Some people (including me) have mentioned casinos. You should be aware of this site. Some casinos have an RV park associated with them, some have power and other hook ups, some just let you "boondock" in their parking lot. This site describes them and rates them.

My late husband always preferred a RV site with a motel.. said in case of bad weather we had a place to go to. I did find 3 in all our travels. One in Canton, TX, one in NY and one in Kingsland, GA KiKi RV Park. All 3 had full hookups. Maybe Google Motels w/RV Parks... might get some in your area.
The above posted list is very good. Thanks.

Shelby RV Park is a small park located behind the Comfort Inn in Shelby, MT. You register at the Comfort Inn desk and can use all of the motels facilities. It has full hookups and has absolutely the nicest and cleanest bathhouse I've ever seen at any RV park.

bases of the lot lights often have outlets. Just be darn sure to check the voltage before plugging in.

I used to stay in my, at the time, class C at the 7 Springs skiing area near Pittsburg, Pa. Electric only as I remember but sure was handy.
