Dump/Fill -- Moab UT. $$$

We plan to dry camp on BLM land near Moab UT for a week plus. I know that there are a number of private CG in the area and I assume that for a fee I can dump/fill at one of the CGs. I think someone mentioned a gas station in Moab that also has a free dump/fill station. Can anyone suggest a dump/fill place that does not charge $$$$$. I am willing to pay a small fee, but last year in CO I was charged $20.00 to dump/fill at a campground. I thought that was way to much.
Please give me enough troubles, uncertainty, problems, obstacles and STRESS so that I do not become arrogant, proud, and smug in my own abilities, and enough blessings and good times that I realize that someone else is in charge of my life.

Boob docking with the wife sounds like a lot of fun, but doing it for a month must cause some discomfort!

Your so right, if you and your wife aren't into each other. Or you need one another to be next to you 24-7
My wife loves fishing with me, Shooting guns even hunting big game, or she's just as happy staying at camp while sometimes I'm gone all day doing something. So it's not for everyone. But if you ever have a wife like mine it's the best RV'ING EVER! It's all about the right match. My wife and I are both on our third marriage each, we've been married 11 years, And I couldn't have spent 30 day's in an RV with either of my past two wives. But I guess we got lucky!

The Maverick gas station near the south end of town has a free dump station and I believe the rest stop about 20 miles south of town also has one.

After dry camping for a few days why not consider pulling into town for the nite and pay for a full hookup site. In Moab it's about $35 but you can dump, fill up on water, recharge the batteries and have a good restaurant meal in town - give the better half one nite off the cooking and cleaning chores.

Way too much compared to what? What else are you going to do with gallons of sewage? Haul it where? Why should someone take it for free?
At some point supply and demand rules, just pay and be done with it.

I'd pay the $20 and be done with it. My wife and I boobdock for a month without dumping so $20 sounds good if it's the closest place to dump.

In Sept. 2015, we stayed at Horse Thief campground outside of Moab. We went in with empty black & grey tanks and full water. There was a free dump at the Maverick Gas Station in Moab, which we used when we left. I think it also has drinking water but I can't actually recall if it did. We went to Arches almost every day and while there We would fill up our drinking water jug at the park if we needed to. Hope this helps.

Try farm and city feed store at 850 s main. I dont remember what it cost but you could call. I thought the propane was high but the dump was cheap? I cant remember. 435-259-0169
Last I knew, dump fee there was $5. I thought propane cost was about usual, but we live in a high dollar place anyway. Always treated nicely there.
