Michigan cancellation
Interesting. They do allow you to show up 2 days after your scheduled arrival. The 40 percent is only for cancellations made 5 months prior to check in. It's less if you cancel closer to the check in date. Which could mean people will wait til the last moment to cancel what they don't want.
