It will happen automatically.
Younger folks will refuse to give up their social , party lifestyles. And after they have dealt with a brief 3 or 4 day minor illness, they will press for the social scenes to reopen. And as demand increases, supply will step forward, seniors be damned.
It's not their problem, they wont care.
