A couple of years ago, I went back to Yuma, and rented a rv lot up in the foothills. It had two rv spaces on it, full hookups, wifi, telephone included, electric, garbage pickup and laundry facilities in the consita on the property. Had a good neighbor from Alberta. The cost was $400. a month! I would look across the wash to a rv park and they were stuffed together and was paying $600. a month plus electric. Can't beat that!
Well, it was a very big piece of land and we and our Canadian friends made a Bocce ball court and I taught them how to play and they taught me how to say eh? Also, we made a horse shoe pit. And across the street was a community center that one could join and swim in the pool, play cards and bingo and they had a lot of meals.
