The absolute best PA Dutch cuisine will be found at Deitsch Eck in Lenhartsville. Use the Rt. 143 interchange from I-78.
If you want food from a chain restaurant there's a Cracker Barrel in Hamburg, north of I-78 off of Rt. 61. If you do that, take a ride up Rt. 61 to Port Clinton and check out the Port Clinton Peanut Shop (on left). You'll find all kinds of candies you had when you were a kid that you thought weren't made any more, plus lots of stuff made on the premises.
There are a couple of restaurants south of the KOA in Fogelsville (I-78 & Rt. 100) plus a few family-owned drive-in joints north of the KOA in New Tripoli (Rt. 100 & Rt. 309).
In the opinion of this life-long resident of the Lehigh Vally, you can get chain restaurant food anywhere. Deitsch Eck is better food and a better value. BTW I am sitting in Site #56 at the Allentown KOA as I type this..........
