The Clarksville Walmart has put up signs that say NO OVERNIGHT PARKING OF TRUCKS OR RVS. I saw it yesterday.

I do think Charlestown State Park would be a good choice also and a little closer. I also forgot about the Clark State Forest in Henryville, IN. I don't know about utilities. Derby week the selection may be limited.
