X2. I have a cheat sheet when making reservations. I ask certain questions before hand so no surprises. 50 Amp, wifi, pull through, charge for pet, etc. Most of this is on their site but just to confirm. I ask for the rate including discount, their name for confirmation, and ask about if i arrive late... wifi password, space etc.
