JK, I had the same thought -- what a location for a mansion! So I did a little bit of googling and discovered that that is Bridal Veil Falls in Telluride, and that is a hydropower facility built to look like a castle!
And just for laughs, I tried taking a screen shot of that frame of the video, and it worked -- I have never done that before. (My tech skills are pretty primitive, as you can see.)
