mdprowash we did like it overall. However the only electric loop is not bigger rig friendly.
We would never visit again as we are not local but the place was beautiful and the staff beyond friendly.
Evidently the beaches and trails fill to capacity in the warm months to the point they restrict entry. The parking lots are huge by the lake so I'm talking massive amounts of visitors that would impact the enjoyment of campers.
If you are close I would go visit w/o the camper and make your own decision. Lot's of class C, popups, and short A's. Lot's of tenters also. We had some right in our face that the group had to toss one of their own to preserve the peace.
