Has anyone ever camped at the Twin Lakes RV and Camping Resort in Chocowinity, NC?

Hi Ruthless--we just stayed there last week. We use Twin Lakes while traveling from Florida to New Jersey. We have stayed there for years and find it suits our needs. The waterfront area in Washington,NC is scenic with good places to eat. The Fountain Boat Corp. is across the street from the campground and you can take a factory tour. Price is reasonable especially with Good Sam, Escapees, Passport America discounts. Might be a busy place on weekends and during high season.

Once a long time ago. It was okay but not a destination. Only stayed there because I had business to attend to in the area.
