People come to Florida for different reasons. Some like the beaches but RV spots near the Atlantic or the Gulf or in the Keys is very expensive. Also many snowbirds like to be south of Sarasota for the warmth in the winter. In my opinion an RV park in north Florida would be very seasonal with the busy months between November and March. The rest of the time you would have mostly locals who wanted to fish or be on the lake. Sounds like a good location. If you had a nice place with good rates you would get some snowbirds.
