Hiawatha / Huron-Manistee Ntl Forest?

Has anyone spoken directly to a ranger in any of these National Forest districts, regarding the federal gov's plans to reopen dispersed camping and rustic campgrounds?

I haven't be able to get anyone on the phone. The National USFS / USDA website doesn't have any info, other than to call your local ranger district.

Usually I see forest service police around work, but haven't in some time.
