I love the Oregon coast, and have spent most of the last few summers there, paying through the nose for weekly motels. I would like to try transitioning to an RV park for weekly or monthly stays, but ...

Go to RVParkReviews.com and explore all the parks for Oregon. I'm sure you can find some much cheaper than $1000/month.

Become a member of the Elks and they have reasonable parks all over. Join Passport America and their parks are 1/2 price. Granted, there are restrictions. Volunteer and get your site free. There are many ways to save money. That's what full-timers do.
