Any of the Oregon State Parks. Champoeg has fantastic history. Valley of the Rogue has wonderful history lessons in the area, plus some interesting tourist traps like the Oregon vortex, Historic Jacksonville, and Oregon Caves.
West of I5 on the coast, again any of the Oregon State Parks will offer hours of entertainment for kids and grown ups alike. Plus there are some really nice private parks on the coast like Winchester Bay RV. Pick one and if your disappointed I'll pay for your first night.
