I-81S
Has anyone traveled I-81S lately. I have heard rumors of lane closures and multiple construction zones, just looking for a heads up.

- We did in June between I-84 and I-80 (Scranton to Harrisburg). It was miserable. Coming from Ontario, I don't know if there's a good alternate. 15 maybe?
- If you get on google maps, and put in where you are going to, it will give you a up-to-date timely construction/accident report of your route. I looked at I-81 from Ottawa to Tampa and it was just packed full of construction icons on I-81 and also on I-95.
- I did it one month ago with the MH. From I-84 to !-77. There was some construction, but it never presented a problem for me.
- When traveling in Pennsylvania, assume you will encounter road repair/construction. You're usually not disappointed.
I-81 seems to be an eternal project. - Some of our Canadian friends going to Florida have gone either on I 90 west to I 79 through PA etc.
Or through Ohio on I 75 etc. this adds a little bit of time, but a more pleasant drive.
Take a look on Google maps, from Buffalo, and see what you think. ( sorry I did not know your final destination)
