you might try looking for a campground,provincial park,or state park?,not sure if I am understanding your question.....

A lot of the RV parks we have stayed at had a number of permanent and/or long timers. But generally those were kept to one side of the park while the transient RVers were in the other.
But I have never had a problem with them as long as the park requires them to maintain their sites in good order. Have never stayed in one that did not. To me they are just RVers like myself but who stay at one place longer than a day or two.

There are lots of them; some don't allow anyone under 55.

You must have a "Class A" less than 5 years old

A lot of them charge over $100 per night.

The short answer is there is no list but all state and
National campgrounds have a 2 week limit
So you won't run into permanents there

I may try some of the state and Fed sites. I wld imagine the state sites are not well screened so to speak. Safety is a concern for me.

Yeah BB most of the ones I stayed at were seemingly safe. However I was in and out for one night at every one.

The one last night, in La, was nearbouts full. Some pretty nice RV and 5th wheelers. Just one or two spots. Everyone was longterm it seemed and there were workers and even students staying there.

Lots of areas have restrictions on trailer parks but RV parks? Not sure!

I've stayed at Good Sam Parks mostly. At KOA tonight.

If I find one in nice location, ie by beach or river, and fairly warm, I might even join the club Ha!.

I'll prob scout out a loc or two and just buy a small lot and try that for a spell. I can use my prop near the Flint in Ga for the time being.

If I understand your concern? All RV parks have varying limitations or restrictions.
i.e.
1. age restrictions "senior parks" min. 55 yrs. I think that the rational is old RV geezers tend to have more in common with other old Geezers in comparison to young RVers and most geezers prefer a more quiet ambient park atmosphere without teenagers:)
2. Some parks have a min. length of RV requirement i.e. 26ft.
3. Some parks don't allow truck campers or tent campers.
4. A general rule, the longer you stay the lower the daily rate. This is intended to help old RV geezers be able to afford a 4 to 6 month stay. Fixed income and all that.
5. Generally if you avoid "Resort" type RV parks, you won't find as many restrictions.
6. Even in areas that have "resort" type RV parks, if you look in your Good Sam RV Park Directory, you will find other RV parks that will meet your RV needs.
