We used ours a lot when we lived in CA and NV. We lived in CO for 2 years and didn't use it one time. We have been in GA since July and paid to stay at an RV place "affiliated" with Thousand Trails for 2 months while waiting to close on our home. I don't foresee us using it again for quite some time because we will be spending a lot of time and money on our new home LOL. Just got the yearly dues bill and almost died. $820ðŸ˜
