You two have no regard for a Forum's purpose. There will be a time when you will need an answer to a question and be just as annoyed by little boy humor.
You need to lighten up a bit otherwise Yuma is going to be your death! The issue is your question is way to broad and generic to provide any answer in any context so. any all responses, serious or humorous is fair game. Can you imagine the responses if you had asked that of Sutherland Springs, TX with no context as to your concern?
When asking about the safety of an area, it helps if the concerns you have are explained so misleading or out-of-context information can be explained and properly used to help you make a decision.
I find Yuma to be one heck of a safe area despite what anyone says. But, in context, I'm often assigned to areas where mass tragedies are unfolding so I know how to put isolated incidents or one off events into perspective. Additionally, negative areas that are confined with little to no impact on the rest of the area is not going to define that entire community. This is why perspective and context is important. Once again, imagine the entire area of and around Sutherland Springs TX being defined forever by that one single event of November 5th last year.
