Any recommendations on the campground at James Island S.C ? Recommendations on route coming down 26?

Thanks for the information. Just wondering if hitting 526 to 17 was the better route.
Going down to Dreher Island for a few days then down to James Island for a few more days. Have never been to Charleston,hope to see the sights and eat some good food.
