Lake Havasu fishing

Question

Going to be at Lake Havasu this December and wondering about fishing opportunities there. My search so far has turned up large and smallmouth bass and strippers.
What methods are popular there to catch fish this time of year?
Are there any charters going out for strippers?

I caught many strippers in Nov on large top water plugs while trolling with a friend in his boat.

I usually catch a lot of small mouths and some LMB on jigs, plastics and drop shot techniques. Try blue  and crawfish colored jigs. Throw at the shore then bring in deeper slowly. Drop shot should be from 4' to 15' and slowly pull it while wiggling the tip slightly. Good luck
