Leaving MH to go home for the holidays

I'm new with hydronic heat. We plan on heading to San Antonio area next fall and returning home in spring. However, we need to fly home for a few weeks at year end. Need advice on what to do with the MH. I'd like to ke to just leave it at our monthly spot, hooked to shore with the thermostat on 60 degrees, unhook water and sewer and leave. We have a hydronic heat system, which means I would have to take it somewhere to winterize and unwinterize. That's why I'm inclined to just leave it hooked to shore, furnace on. What do you advise?

Another question, if shore power should go down, the diesel burner would kick in if the temp dropped much below 60 degrees, right?
