At a Federal campground you'll get a possession charge if they catch you with it. CO state campground, well, it's legal now unless they say 'no smoking.' Private campground, it's their rules.
I'm really interested to see how things shake out there in CO. I'm sure, over time, it'll become like alcohol - legal everywhere to possess and use (to an extent). Which is sad in a way. More than 10,000 people died in alcohol related collisions in 2012 and it's just accepted.
