I appreciate all of your opinions. While I sat all day yesterday, I thought about changing the date and then cancelling.
I am 80 years old and its not in my nature to do that.
I owned a family florist business and it was one of the most successful in Virginia. We practiced the golden rule and had a very liberal refund/cancellation policy and that's what kept our clientell coming back time and time again. we were in business for 65 years so we must have done something right.
Again and one last time..If it had not been a medical situation, there would not have been one peep from me. My generation is not used to having to read everything on a website before booking, BUT, I will in the future.
