Low voltages in camp grounds

Staying in Sac-West near Sacremento CA. It used to be a KOA The voltage durning the day is about 105V

There are these organizations called CSA and UL. I'm really not an entrepreneur. Best bet is to have a friend pick one up south of the border.

If it's 105v after the autoformer boosted it, time to break out the generator or move on. That implies the post is running about 95v. Not uncommon but a poorly designed system.

PowerMaster is trying to make a comeback but is in need of a supplier of one critical part that's reliable from what I have been told. Until then, it's Hughes or go to Mexico for the Sola Basic. Get a Sola Basic autoformer.

Boost is:

110 volts 10%
100 volts 20%
90 volts 30%

I would make sure the plug and receptacle aren't getting hot from their own voltage drop.

And voltage in the RV is still 105? Maybe you need two 😉
If I am using my booster it is just for the air. Everything else is battery and propane.

Below 108V damage can be done to induction motors...A/C Unit Fan/Compressor are induction motors.

When CG AC Voltage drops below 108V I provide my own AC power via generator.
