Just drove through it - looks very nice its a 50+ park with about 95% permanents has a nice pool and clubhouse - lots going on there. I did not see any view of the river there

For transients I would recommend Hide A Way

Haven't stayed there but drove through and, as I recall, it was fine. About all Fl. St Pks have water/elec. at the site and usually nice big sites except for a few old ones. Manatee Lake SP not far from there has a 1st class campground also.
