midwest rv park with shore fishing

Recently retired one activity we'd like to add to our RV experiences is fishing. At this point we'd rather not get a boat again. Looking for R V parks where shore fishing is possible..........and preferably good! Thoughts?

Mackinac Mill Creek near Mackinaw City, MI is right on the Mackinac straits between Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. Don't know what permits are needed.

Most of the MI State Parks have shore fishing. Many have fishing piers in the park or nearby.
