Monthly Rent Wrong

what would you do if the rate sheet the RV park gave you last year said what the rate would be for this year and then they end up charging you a higher rate, also there are people in the park paying the rate that was advertised. The different being $26 a month. I know it won't make me are break me it is just the idea of a multimillion dollar company doing this. I have been coming to this park for 10 years.

Yep, take the rate sheet to CG management and ask why you are paying a higher rate.
Maybe they will lower it for you. And, maybe they will raise it for everyone else when they realize their mistake.

I would ask if they will honor the old price. If they won't, you should be able to move on since, in my opinion, they voided any lease.

Well all you can do is tell them what you have told us and see if they will come around to your price. If you do it in a pleasant way maybe they will. If they don't then your choice is suck it up or move on. JMHO
