Ocean lakes requires permit and insurance as well. They just allow everyone to bring them in as long as they do that and not just perm residents. Lakewood did the same thing, but they rented out golf carts as well. Then in the last few years, they started following suit with ocean lakes, except you had to store them there and pay their storage fees.
Still offers two different experiences. I do however think that MBTP could lower their rates some. They are about the same as OL and offer less amenities and activities than OL does. I did expect to see more big rigs there, but was amazed that it was mostly towables.
