Ferry Boat campground

North of Harrisburg on Rt 15

The ferry is cool. We boarded on the Millersburg side on MCs on our way to tent camp in Wellsboro.
The ferry deboards at/in the campground and you have to drive through it to get out to Rt 11-15.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I have been told that there is a turn-around used to access the entrance to the Ferryboat Campsites from highway 15. For those who have stayed at Ferryboat, would you say that the turn-around is user friendly for a 34' travel trailer?

Very user friendly. Trailer trucks use them all the time. If heading north from Harrisburg, Ferryboat is on your right, can't miss it. If heading south, you turn right on a turn round to cross Rt 15 perpendicular to RT 15, you'll see what I mean. A very safe design.
