Northeast Lakeside Campground Recommendations?

Hello all. After many hours scouring Google, I thought perhaps I'd poll the collective here for some ideas. We live in MA and generally camp in Maine and NY. However we are open to anyplace in New England that fits the bill. Previously we had a boat and our RV. My wife would pull the boat and I would tow the RV. Less than fun on our average 4-6 hour trips taking two vehicles. Last fall we sold our boat in favor of a 3 seat PWC that will fit in the garage of our toyhauler. That way my wife, daughter, and I can all ride together. (Which is part of the fun!) Anyways, we have found a couple of places that can accommodate our RV, is on the water, and has a boat launch with mooring or docks for the PWC. However, they are few and far between. Some lakes don't allow PWC's and some that do have campsites that are frightened by the stigma of wild hooligans on "jet skis" and have a no PWC policy. Anyways, if anyone has any ideas of campgrounds that would accommodate a large 42' 5ver, are on a lake with direct water access (or better yet have waterfront sites), and allow PWC's please pass along the info. We'd really appreciate it! TIA...

There are a number of campgrounds along Lake Champlain. Two that I'm familiar with are Burlington North Beach park and Apple Island Resort.

North Beach is a city-operated park and campground. There's a lovely sandy beach, but no boat ramp. There is a boat ramp a couple miles away (downtown Burlington, by the Coast Guard station).

Apple Island Resort is a nice private campground/resort with a marina on-site (well, across the road). The campground isn't directly on the lake. They do have a nice antique tool museum (and other more typical campground amenities).

I believe I saw some PWCs on the lake at Sebago Lake Family Campground (not the resort). They have a launch ramp right there. None of the sites are actually on the lake, the CG is across the road.
