NY Campgrounds W/Hookups open in winter?

When I was looking for one around MA/NH/VT those that were open catered to snowmobilers, maybe look around the ADK's, try searching on snowmobile and campground. Might be a bit noisy.

Park Station, Chemung County Park says they are open all year. You should call for details though. Each site has electric, but not water. Nice park with well spaced campsites and near what the Finger Lakes area offers.

Don't you have a fresh water tank in your RV? Assuming it's a winter capable RV, can't you fill the tank and use the shower (albeit limitedly) from that tank? Even if you have a water hookup available, that's generally the approach that you'd have to use unless you also get a heated water hose.

A shower house that's open would by definition have to be heated, at least nominally, or the pipes in the shower house would freeze.

Even those that have buried lines shut off the water for an extended freeze - the portion of the hookup above ground is at risk.

Old Forge Camping Resort RV area is open all winter but does not have water. Only in the bathrooms/showers. At least the ones near the office.

The good Sam thing that you use to find a campground said 31 when I filtered NY open all year.

Whiteface Mtn KOA just outside Lake Placid is open year round. Minutes to Whiteface Mtn ski hill.
