Not sure who, specifically, you are pointing the finger at, but I see a wide variety of responses here. Many are in agreement with the OP.
For the record, my point was that the golf cart situation at OL is widely known and there are a multitude of threads that describe it in great (sometimes nauseating) detail. It would take very little effort to research before booking and know what he/she was getting into.
Personally, I love OL and we have been there a number of times, but cannot imagine being there over a major holiday weekend like the OP was on July 4th.
