And to add to that, you have to realize that the security there is running reactive and not so much proactive. They do have a limited amount of security staff and with it being a business, I am sure they do not want to rule with too heavy of a hand. That's why when it comes to us patrons, we need to step up and let them know and complain about situations. I'm not saying that there aren't teenagers riding around on golf carts under 16. There probably are. If you suspect some are, then get the cart rental number or the sticker number(if private cart) and report it. As an LEO myself, I can tell you that safety and security lies within the hands of the villagers. Security or law enforcement see only a minute portion of wrongdoing. They rely on your observations and the fact that you report them. The night shift security there is probably just a few people. And you might have one out patrolling if they are able. But OL is a big place with lots of roads.
