If the owner called the police and told them he needed someone escorted off the property they would come and do it. At least in Florida. I owned a motel and the laws protect motel, Campground’s and restaurants. They’re called Innkeeper laws. All you have to say is I asked them to leave and they won’t.

Domicile rules are very different. Evicting someone from their residence requires due process. Rental, lease, no-lease, owned or otherwise.
