My favorite spot is Sea and Sand RV Park in Depoe Bay, OR. They have beachfront sites on three levels giving everyone a direct view of the ocean. The rest of the park is in the forest section and is more like a standard RV park. Not sure about 45' though. Must call long in advance for the beachfront sites.
