Here is the RV Parks Review.com for Cedar Key, FL. Looks like Cedar Keys RV Resort has some good ratings and good reviews. The site also lists other parks in that area.

We'll be staying down in Crystal River at Rock Crusher Canyon for a month this coming winter, which isn't far from Cedar Key. I plan to go up and visit Cedar Key while down there.
