Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

Picture Posting Help

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

I've stayed in this campground and site before, but here are a couple of pictures of my latest setup here. I was able to set up sideways, so our neighbors we were camping with were'nt staring at the back of our camper.

This site is G-25, my brother was in G-27 all of the 30ft sites closest to the Bay are this way. You can reserve a length specific site but not a specific site number (one of the better idea's of VA State Parks) my suggestion would be to get to the Park Weds-Thursday so you have a better pick of the sites.

Nice pic of a nice CG. We were there this past weekend at the other end of the same row (site 34). We have stayed at the site behind the one you were in.
I heard it was quite crowded the weekend you were there, Heroes weekend ?
We just booked Fathers Day weekend and one weekend in October (for Thurmont Colorfest).

This photo of our campsite at O'Leno State Park (High Springs, FL) was taken this past February. My brother and I had sites right next to each other. As you can see, the campground is pretty rustic - - but the bathrooms are incredibly nice!

Very nice CG. DO you remember what camp site # you stayed in? Also, do they have elec/water or flush toilets there?

We stayed in site #7 (which was very large! - - in fact, most of the sites there are pretty big). All sites have electric and water. The bathrooms are modern and have hot water and showers. There is also a dishwashing station behind the bathrooms, and also a laundry area.

WOWOW!! Sounds like you couldn't ask for a better CG! Thanks for the info. I will save your site # in case we ever get that way...which one day I know we will.
