Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

Alright, so I'm always looking at this thread, but never contributing. The shots aren't great and it's not a CG to write home about, but something is better than nothing! These pix were taken in Frankenmuth, MI a few weekends ago. We stayed at the Jelleystone CG (a short drive or bike ride away from downtown) for a weekend of R&R. Yogi didn't move all weekend - I'm starting to think he wasn't real.


VERY open campground which ended up being great for my son to push around his cousin


we spent many hours in the large pool and jacuzzi


I got MANY nice walks in following my two kids around


my daughter in downtown Frankenmuth - some interesting shopping here after a big chicken dinner

A wonderful oasis at the foot of Scottsbluff in Gehring, Nebraska. City park camping, clean and tidy.

Sitting Bull campsite, Wyoming. Beautiful and quiet.

Lake Guntersville State Park, Guntersville, AL, Site C16, Water, Electric. Nowhere near the lake, but was lucky to get a site at all. First come, first serve, no reservations except on holiday weekends, then it's a 3 night minimum. The electric hookup is on the back of the site, and the water hookup was even further away. Need at least 35 ft of water hose for this one. Comfort station and grey water dump close by. Camp store very close.

This is campsite #38 at Shenandoah Crossing Resort in Gordonsville, Virginia. A little narrow, but a great wooded campground with access to all of the timeshare resort amenities.

if you get shutout, there are a number of great pa state parks in that area as well.

We booked for 3 nights, both times, and were on the lake. We were lucky so far. If I remember right, if you reserve a spot for lake front, you might not get a specific site, but still lake front. Keen Lake is family owned and run. Very nice to deal with.
