Planning a trip there in 10 or so days. All reservable sites are booked until February. The ranger I spoke with said 3 or 4 first come sites usually open up each day. We are coming from Louisiana....

We stayed there a couple of years ago and thought it was a very nice place. They do have electricity and water hookups. Might get a little windy at night but a pretty sight after dark looking down at the city lights. We paid $14.00 a night with full hookups stayed about two days. you will have to just drive through the campground to see if any sites are open.
