Rockport, Tx, weather in December

My boy lives in Corpus, and flies jet for the Navy out of Kingsville TX. He love the cool since the summers are so hot. It is windy at times and yes a little cool since it is a wet cold. However; I've know plenty of people that go there and love it. It beats 0 degrees in the panhandle area of Texas.

I grew up in Corpus Christi and don't remember a cold winter but it did snow there several years ago (very uncommon). December average high temp is 59 and the average low is 48 (source: rssweather.com)
