RV communities in Mesa where you own the lot (55+)?

Are there any communities (similar to Cal-Am) in Mesa where you own the lot? We want the dances, pool & other activities, but would prefer to own the lot. We have a fiver. Thanks!

All Cal-am parks in AZ are NOT land/lot ownership. Rental only and pricey at that.
