RV parks do not honor advertised rate when booking?

Over the years I've noticed this at most RV parks. When making a reservation you make it at their current rate for the dates desired. You often make a deposit up to 100%. When arriving you find you...

The policy only was shown AFTER receiving a confirmation after booking and paying a full deposit.


While I agree it a bad policy, as long as you are able to cancel upon receipt of the policy and get a full refund, I dont see any fraud or crime.
