You might want to look at Sand Hollow SP, they have full hookups.

If you are an Elks Lodge member, the lodge in St. George has RV parking.

Not in St. George, but in Hurricane we stayed at WillowWind RV park. VERY very quiet. All was kept clean. Our only drawback was not having a Jacuzzi for those tired legs from driving.
