Sorry, regional term I guess. I'm looking for something semi-permanent, but actually more for summer than winter. Some places will offer a seasonal (often in the Midwest it's May - September or October) rate. Often there is a stipulation about how often you can be there (10 days per month, etc.) so that folks don't move there.
