short notice Fl sites, 55+ park

I dont have a dog in this hunt, but have seen a lot of post of folks still looking for a spot in Fl for the next couple of months.
Just saw this place on a you tube video.
Sun kissed village
Video is a week old, new park north west of Orlando. Only 25% occupied at the time of the video.

    Location, location, location. My brother lives in Florida and he says South of Tampa is mostly booked by now at premium prices. Sun Kissed Village is significantly North of Tampa. The further South you go in Florida it is warmer weather which is where most people want to be. But mid-Florida is not as bad as Dallas in the Winter.

    The demographics of Florida 55+ communities means there will always be last second vacancies. In New York City people scan the obituaries for affordable apartments. For vacancies in Florida, follow the ambulances.

    Another possibility is the Clerbrook Golf and RV Resort in Clermont. Not sure of its vacancy rate but it is a large campground.
