Smokey Moutians Dinner show

Just got home and wanted to let everyone know that Dixie Stampede was a great show. Good advise to bring your own forks and such. RV Plantation was a good as was the Apple Barn.

I did not like the whole atmosphere of the Dixie Stampeed. When you are allowed in the building, they keep you in the store area a long time so you can buy all the goodies and drinks. When you get to the show, the animal urine smell was very strong. I guess the sawdust had been in there too long when we visited. I also did not like eating without utensils. Did someone say you were rushed eating!!!!! I will second that one. I really did not like eating with the smell. I should have thought about if first.

Yeah, except we had roasted chicken, pork loin, baked potato and soup.

I was talking to a fellow today who goes to this area 3 times a year.
He likes the Hatfield show the best. They give you eating utensils he says.
He spoke of another show that is less priced but he says it is a good show.
Of course now I have forgotten the name of it. He says that they own the building so they can keep prices down that way.
I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.
First class for all I hear.

Was just at Dixie in Pigeon Forge last Thursday.

Great show and good food. Just make sure you are prepared to eat quickly, as they seem to rush you through.

I found it hard to eat with my hands while trying to watch all the action, and still help the kids do the same thing.

When we lived down in TN we been to both shows. Have revisited Dixie several times. We continue to go back time after time to Dixie because they have
such a great show.
