South Dakota park with hookups

Question

Looking to go to the south eastern portion of SD, but want level concrete, asphalt or even gravel sites with hookups. Electric (30 amp a must) water & sewer are a plus. We are prefer state, COE or even municipal parks. Private parks if need be. Leaving from either St. Louis, MO &/or Elkhart, Indiana depending time of year. Plan on spending a week or so before heading home.

There is a lions club camp near the National Music museum. It has what you want except the sites are grass.
