i don't stay there but know folks that do.

pretty much as stated above.

the folks that i know stay there for the golfing.

apparently a good course at a reasonable price?????

have been through there and overnighted. was alway nice for me but have seen snow there one winter when passing through.

Yes that might be a little too cool. We don't snowbird yet we have 6 yrs yet but we love the area.

Stayed a few times but not for extended stay. Weather is just like Vegas, maybe slightly warmer.

Well it does snow there at times in the winter so it cant be all that warm. But you can have the place in the summer. Its as bad as Havasu Az
god awful. We lived in Lake Havasu for 5 years and couldnt take the heat anymore moved back to Colorado. It gets hot here also but not like it does around the Colorado river area

The average high in Jan is 54. Probably not so good for snowbirding.
